Denville String Band New Member Incentive Award

To give a little push to prospective members who are willing to participate in a few activities before they decide to join as active members, the DSB is offering payments of $50 per parade for participation in 4 parades. Any person who has done fewer than 4 parades with the DSB is eligible to apply for this program. Selection will be made by the DSB Recruiting Committee based upon musicianship, instrument needs of the band, and the completed application below. (Asterisk * indicates required items.)

Note: If selected, it is expected that you will attend some rehearsals during the time you fulfill your parade obligations. Rehearsals are on most Mondays at 7:30 PM. You would also be welcome to participate in any concerts. This award will expire after your 4th parade payment or 1 year, whichever comes first. It is our hope that you find the experience enjoyable and will continue to be an active participant in rehearsals, concerts, parades and possibly committees.
